Azzarello & Chiang on Wonder Woman
Details are being announced today on the new creative teams and let’s start with Wonder Woman. The new team is Brian Azzarello and Cliff Chiang. The artist I am thrilled with. I need to think about Azzarello. I had hoped for Grant Morrison but I was told that was not happening earlier this week. Look at this art.

I can only imagine Blue’s reaction. The first real image we get of Diana? Bloody sword, savage expression, metal choker collar, robbed of her iconic eagle and any sense she’s from an alien culture in favour of suspicially Bat-pointy trimmings
At least she’s wearing flats.
